Volunteers continue to do a splendid job of keeping the canal paths tidy. Every other weekend a team of locals take up litterpickers for a sweep from half penny bridge to the Tinsley Trans cafe on Shepcote Lane. Click here to see what the problem was.
The work has already started on Sheffield Road to clear the land ready for the building work to begin. We will keep you informed of what is happening at Vantage Riverside as it happens.
The Fox and Duck is the only Public House in Tinsley now and is the venue for many local activities. Come along and join the Wednesday Sports Night where some of the teams are league leaders or sing along with the Kareoke on Fridays and Sundays. Bed and evening meals available at a very reasonable rate!
